Seems effective so far! Definitely take mid-meal, as it can cause strong spice-flavored burping.

I've been taking this product for 2 weeks now as part of the limited yeast protocol. Normally I would not write a review after only 2 weeks, but I believe it is making a difference. I can update my review after the 9 week protocol.
