These were a big favorite on Mother’s Day. Luckily, I did follow the directions and set them 2” apart because they expand to a generous size.

Tasty
The cookies are tasty and I like the ease of having freshly baked cookies any time. I found the baking time needed to be reduced to keep the cookies soft. The first batch I made following the instructions was a little over baked for my taste.

Fresh! Not bad. Not great. If you need to bring home made cookies to an event, no one will know they are premade. I defrost, then add vanilla, jumbo chocolate chips, and lots of walnuts.
