I've been taking Happy V for a little over a month now. I've taken probiotics in the past before, but I wanted something with specific strains. So far I haven't had any bad side effects like cramping or bloating, but I definitely feel like my gut health has improved. Anything else to do with my vaginal health is yet to be seen, but I got the three month supply to start so I will keep trying it until I run out
