I was quite shocked to discover that the supposedly 9x12 baking mat is actually about 8x11-3/8 which means it leaves some pretty large gaps on my 9x12 baking tray

This was a gift for my niece, so I don't know yet how much, or even if she has used them yet. I do know that she liked the quality of the one she saw at her mom's, and she bakes alot, so I thought she needed a couple of her own. :) I use a mint one under my toaster, which sets on the top of a bookshelf, and a large vincent lives in the oven on a cookie sheet for use whenever needed - usually heating up a frozen something - and am so happy with both. I'm no chef, but I do like good quality and beautiful and these are just right on both counts.
