The perfect work bag

This bag is perfect for my daily work life. It holds my laptop and plenty of personal items, while still remaining compact. Everything about this bag is well-designed, from the pockets to the multi-optional modes of carrying. I love having the option of a backpack OR a shoulder bag, depending on what else I may be carrying.

Pen holders are missing

I like the suitcase but have one complaint: there are no designated pockets/holders for pens. That is a disappointment. Finding also that the unused parts of the straps from the backpack are too long and are dangling around. No way to tuck them in neatly.

Use case: daily driver to the office and back and occasional air travel Every day carry: laptop, various chargers, 2 notebooks, pens, and ideally a 16oz Yeti coffee cup First off, I’ll say that this bag is extremely stylish and from a (considerable) distance, probably makes me look 15 years younger than I actually am. Colors are simultaneously subtle and bold, but also compliment the palette I wear. It took me too long to figure out how to disengage the backpack straps but I was happy to find they can be untethered and stuffed into the back pocket. Functionally, this fits everything I want it to fit and does it well. I put my chargers in the front pockets which unfortunately makes it topple without a counterweight, but I’m not mad at this. What I do find frustrating however is the lack of a pocket dedicated to a cup. I’ve owned quite a few backpacks over the past 2 decades and 100% of them had a pocket or pouch dedicated to storing a cup. There’s room to make this improvement and I don’t think it’d be difficult. The type of person who buys this bag is also going to have a coffee cup of some sort, so not including a dedicated pouch is a missed opportunity. That being said, I love this bag and it hits all of my notes. Function, fashion, and most importantly, price. With an added pouch for a cup, this easily a 5/5 for me.
