Traction Pads

These are easy to use and put on, although I had some overlap I had to cut off on the last pad I applied, despite putting them on as close together as I could. It's fine though, doesn't affect the function or look too much.

Pads don’t fit

The pads I ordered for my One Fast Cat wheel do not fit. Before purchasing them, I specifically called and explained that I have an older wheel. I was assured that the pads would fit all versions of the wheel. Unfortunately, that was not true. When I called back, I was told that the pads designed for the older wheel have been discontinued. The representative said that if I wanted the new pads to fit, I would have to cut them myself. I explained that I am not comfortable doing that because I cannot cut very straight. Her response was that this is the only size available. I find this to be very poor customer service. Customers with older wheels are being left without a proper replacement option. I suggested bringing back the older pads, which were about 1½ to 2 inches shorter, but I was told that many customers have made the same suggestion and the company has no plans to do so. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and am now reconsidering whether I will purchase anything from One Fast Cat in the future. What kind of company ignores repeated customer feedback and leaves loyal customers without a suitable replacement product?

Traction Pads difficult to change

Nice colors and design, but getting the old ones off is horrible - I am going to have to get out the blow dryer and see if I can heat up the adhesive so they will come off - There has to be an easier way to change the traction pads - I would leave the old ones but they are tore up from Stanley and Tessie running on there like crazy! Best cat wheel ever!!
