My Box Turtles and Non-releasable Cottontail Rabbit Love the Fresh Patch (Mini)

I had been searching for a substrate for my 3 elderly box turtles that helped with their humidity needs. All the recommended substrates for them would not work. I discovered a solution with the Fresh Patch that the turtles found for themselves. They love to burrow under it. The humid conditions under the Patch provides the humidity that they need, especially when I spray it with water every day or two. In addition, my indoor non-releasable Cottontail rabbit started off by eating the patch of grass, but now, he nibbles at the edges and uses the rest as a natural litter box. It is not only a food source but a place to do his business. A win-win solution.
