I bought this mug for my 76 year old mother who has watched the Today Show religiously for decades. She was so tickled when she opened it and got emotional. She feels like all on the Today Show are her family. Much to my surprise after only 2 weeks the orange curves in the logo started coming off. I am very disappointed in the quality for I thought they might be better made being an official NBC product. I am very sad because I expected better. Do better NBC.

Came packaged with no padding or marked fragile. Small chip in the bottom and the Today logo is noticeably crooked. Not sure how that passed QC. I emailed the NBCUniversal Shop with my order details and followed up with them on that email and received no reply.
