White Classic Crew Neck

These true classic white crew T-shirts are exactly what I was looking for my husband they fit true to size with a flattering cut that isn’t too baggy or too tight even after washing, they hold their shape and stay bright white. They’re perfect for wearing on their own or as an undershirt I would definitely buy again oh, because I have and I highly recommend them.

Good products, very poor ordering and customer service experience

1.5 Stars The quality of the clothing is good, but unfortunately my experience with True Classic’s ordering and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve experienced long delays with little or no proactive communication or status updates on orders. On multiple occasions, orders were delayed for weeks and were only cancelled after I contacted customer support to ask what was happening. The most frustrating part was not being given the option to continue waiting for the items or reorder them myself. Instead, the orders were simply cancelled, which left me worse off financially as some of the items had originally been purchased during promotions and sales and would have cost more to buy again at current prices. Communication has been slow and difficult, often involving generic or automated responses rather than clear answers to straightforward questions. Unfortunately, I found myself dealing with the same issues repeatedly across multiple orders, which suggests these are not isolated incidents. The products themselves are good, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Hopefully the company can improve its order management, communication and support processes, particularly for international customers.

First Purchase of True Classic crew neck tees

I recently made my first purchase of True Classic tee shirts with mixed results. I purchased a six pack for tee shirts (white, blue and black). First thing that I noticed was the size and feel of the white tee shirt was not consistent with the other colors. They also shipped me a long sleeve tee in error. Lastly, the sizes absolutely run small. Not the first impression one should have when trying a new product.
