MANTIS 2025 - fluid Edition

No support at all. Zero.

Everything this company says is we will help you, one day. USA support. I’ve asked two basic questions over a few weeks. Follow up. Never got a single reply. Every email says “ask us” “we get back to you in one day” every single email they send out days “please reply this email if you have questions” no one email back. Someone texted me from sales, even though I bought two already. Sales person in text says “reply if I can help” but they never did help. Don’t buy from this company if you want any support you will get none. I never heard anything from them ever. Follow up, wait weeks, give benefit of the doubt. There is no service here and worst of all they act like they are going to offer great service . Lies

Great model but no support

The model is what I wanted but the post-sales support is terrible. They have no user manual for the scooter! Unless you can maintain or repair on your own, avoid as no support available. I can’t even find parts. Plus, they sent me promo code after I purchased scooter and a few days later told me it’s expired so cannot even use it!
