Bamboo Pillowcase Pair

I have been using Sunday Bedding bamboo sheets for a few years and love the silky feel. But I am bothered that every single purchase, even a single pair of pillowcases, comes in a cloth bag made from the same cloth. Perhaps they are made from unusable scraps, but it makes me feel guilty for throwing it away. Please do not use unnecessary packaging.
