NanoFoamer is the only handheld frother that I've come across that can make good microfoam. The order process was very easy on the website and customer service follow-up was excellent. Importation through South African customs unfortunately adds a layer of cost and difficulty. My focus is normally on getting sweet and dense microfoam at a lowish temperature to round off a good espresso shot - which the NanoFoamer does perfectly. It's a high-quality product: everything from the packaging to the product aesthetics and functionality is outstanding. Highly recommended.
