This band was nice to have for postpartum healing, I wore it most of the time in the first few weeks and it really helped with feeling supportive. There were a couple of plastic threads sticking out that were pokey/scratchy and that wasn’t nice, but I was able to cut them down a bit.

Easy to use but can get stuck to things lol

I used it from time to time post my c section to help engage my core. The ease of use and function are both great. Only thing is, after taking it off, need to be mindful how i place it so that it does not stick to other things around it.

Very supportive for early post partum soreness.
