Id give it 5 stars if it comes in a squeeze tube instead if this pressurized can that “pops” sometimes and flings some of the product everywhere, and you wont discover them on your walls till later when it turns black a few hours later. Its also very expensive! Maybe that squeeze tube idea can also significantly bring the price down. -i dont know how to reply here, it only allows me to edit my review, i have not contacted simpler with my issue-

My fiancé loves this product. He’s a man who pays attention to additives in products and this product fit well with his personal perspective on chemical and non-chemical products.

I have generally been very satisfied with this product, but the last order I received seemed way off. The mixture was very different and more of a liquid feel rather than a cream like texture. Also, I only got a couple of uses out of the bottle. It now only dispenses the developer side and not the color. How can i reply to your request here? Also, what exactly do you need? I already described the issue, and your reply was to follow up here.
