There must have been a hairline fracture on the first 32x6 sill as when I tapped it into place, the wood broke. My tapping was very soft and easy, anyway I had to order a second one and installed it successfully.

I originally ordered the high dam but it was too high so I ordered the standard size and it worked great. Once I removed the old, rotted one it installed easily. I sent the high dam one back and I am waiting for my credit.
