72" x 6" Inswing Threshold

I was in a tight spot with bad weather coming and no door threshold. No place in my state had a door threshold available same day but Vicki worked with me to make sure one would be available and helped me coordinate a pick up with me driving 3 hours to get it. Great customer service.

The experience before the sale was good. I began by texting a question and got a reply pretty fast. Then, I received a call and gave the lady the measurements she requested. She sent me a link to the threshold to order. On July 9, I received the new threshold and sent an email asking for installation video(s) of the new threshold. I received a reply with a link to installation instructions. I reviewed them but still had questions. On July 10, I prepared the area where the new threshold would be installed. Then, I did a dry-fit to see how the new threshold would align up inside the jambs. Took some pictures from the outside of the doors and texted the pictures along with some questions. Didn't get any reply. Then, I replied to the email with installation instructions saying that I had texted pictures but no response. Still no reply email. On July 14, sent another text asking if the pictures that I sent on Friday were received. Got a reply text back about 25 minutes later saying that all looks good and asking for any other questions. Two minutes later I sent additional questions but never heard back. Very disappointing. So, I began installing the new threshold but made some mistakes which cost me about 2 hours extra because I assumed incorrectly. If your customer service folks had replied to my questions, the install would have been fairly straightforward. The threshold is very nice. Very nice product. Your customer service needs a lot of improvement.

The threshold came quickly, got it installed quite easily. Best of all, it looks better than the rotting mess we had before. Great buy.
