Customer service
I have to say “the James brand” is just a killer brand all around!!! From the high quality products they have to the outstanding customer service if you ever need something from them!!
They respond quicker than any other company I have done business with. As well as they go far beyond what I was expecting. I have multiple products from them and am a customer for life!!

Greta knife!
Awesome as usual, I love the scales on this one.
I played musical chairs with the Thumb studs, I "needed" the orange one for my XL orange Carter.

Good-looking EDC
My first James product, and overall, I like it. I have a modest but ever-growing pocketknife collection, including 5-6 higher-end knives ($250+, like Benchmade-level tools), and a handful of EDC knives at the Kershaw-level price point. For $160, this fits somewhere in the middle. Aesthetically, it's pretty dope. Classy, looks rugged but polished, very much how I think about the James brand in general. But function-wise, it leans a little mid (as the kids say). My son's $22 Walmart Kershaw was far sharper out of the box, and more fun to flip, than The Carter. But overall, it's nice looking and the flipping action improves with use. Happy with it being added to my collection and EDC rotation, and I look forward to trying out more James products down the road.
