Refurbished gimbal missing parts

I purchased a refurbished gimbal which arrived with old firmware and missing parts. I contacted customer support and they sent out the missing parts within a couple of days. The gimbal is great and customer support was very helpful

Treds need to work when you unbox

I have 2 of these & love them. But when I received this one in the mail it didn't work because the tracks were off... I called you guys & you told me to spray WD40 on the treds - which totally worked. But honestly I felt weird about having to do that. Good overall product though!
