Oh man these are great
I take this while im working out. It helps keep me going. Its got great taste and then wh3n I look in the mirror later... i know my body is getting what it needs.

Not sour at all, but otherwise is a very good product.
If you are thinking Lemon flavor would be sour, it is not. Apple flavor is more sour.
But otherwise is a very good product, I wish they would have a relative point scale for sweetness, sourness, bitterness, so you can compare different products.

Loved it !!!
The flavor was so good, but I believe most 1st phorm products dominate in that area, as well as the ingredients. I've gotten my other officers interested in these products! 🥳
