Good for amino acids. Meh for taste

The product itself works as it should. Great to make sure you get your amino boost especially for someone like me in healthcare when I can’t eat balanced meals everyday. I've used it a few times for some longer swims and bike rides and taste is good, no gut rot. Will see how it does during a race.
