Works well. Mixes easily because of the powdered sugar consistency. I usually put it in my coffee but I dry scoop it now. Found it easier and faster to take. All in all, I will definitely buy it again.

Effective and Worth It

This is by far the best fiber I've tried. It has a great flavor and mixes very smoothly. I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort or bloating like I have in the past with other brands. I'm beyond happy and I will be ordering again and again...and again.
