I use Isolate because I wish to minimize sugar and calories. I use Phormula-1 Natural because I trust 1st Phorm's quality controls and third party testing. There's been a lot of testing of protein powders on the market, and many big brands have tested for lead and other heavy metals. Phormula-1 Natural is more expensive, but it is clean, and I am willing to pay for high quality.

I’ve done my best to minimize additives and artificial sweeteners in my life up until the last few years. As I’ve embraced weight loss and gotten regular with my first Phorm nutrition I’ve decided it’s not gonna kill me to let some artificial sweeteners in.
