Phormula has been my go go protein for 2 years now. It doesn’t bloat me, it mixes really quick and it doesn’t have that “protein” taste, it does taste like a chocolate milkshake. My to go flavors are vanilla milkshake, chocolate milkshake and strawberry milkshake.
