Warrantied Ring Replacement

Thank goodness for the warranties ring replacement! My husband wants no other ring than this redwoood tungsten ring - truly unique and very him. I was sad to see the redwood separated from the metal after a year and 1 month. It was an easy, smooth process to order the replacement ring. Though I’m a bit disappointed the warranty isn’t on the replacement ring. Truly hoping this doesn’t happen again after another year.

After 3 weeks into my marriage, I totally misplaced my wedding ring (Angler). I tore up the house, truck, and garage...fully expecting to purchase the same ring (as this was my fault), and then I happened to check their warranty/replacement policy. I thought the policy was going to be just fluff. I was wrong. I was able to simply fill out a warranty form and about 1 week later, my brand new ring arrived as promised. Every once in a while, we find a real company that cares about their customers on an individual level. This is one of those good guy companies. Thank you guys!!!

The ring replacement was a smooth process and we received a new ring fairly quick. We love the replacement and are grateful for the efficient process that is customer centric.
