Reds and Greens

I've been using 1st Phorm reds and greens every day, and it has become part of my routine. It tastes better than a lot of greens products I've tried, mixes easily, and makes it simple to get extra fruits and vegetables in every day. I notice I feel better overall when I stay consistent with it, and I genuinely enjoy drinking it. Definitely a product I plan to keep using.

Good fast greens but not a huge fan of the reds. I feel less bloated and not as guilty not having the perfect amount of greens if I at least get my greens with phorm!
