Brilliant Design, Impeccably Made

This backpack is outstanding. The quality of the fabric, zippers, and stitching is first-rate. The foldable design is very clever and will be useful on an upcoming trip, but this backpack also great for trips to the gym or other errands. If Waterfield makes a slightly larger version I'll buy it as well.

amazing bag

I had the 10/10 duffel and was a little underwhelmed when this arrived. However, I went countryside biking and trail walking abroad and this bag was so comfortable to use! The straps are much better than another outdoor brand's packable bag. Yes they're thin but they're designed well and felt good on the shoulders even after 3-5 hours of use--not sweaty either. Only when the bag was full did I have to be aware of how I arranged things to make sure nothing was jabbing my back. It's got sturdy zippers that don't migrate on their own. The 2 water bottle pockets came in useful for stashing my phone or umbrella.
