Damaged and not sealed

1) This is the second time my replacement filters have arrived with a crushed corner from shipping, so the filters are all crushed on one corner preventing a fully sealed fit inside the machine. 2) The shipping box is also thin and flimsy and arrived not completely sealed. Moreover, the filters are inside individual plastic bags that all have holes in them, which allows the exchange of air!! Even my vacuum HEPA filters arrive in a sealed plastic bag to keep them clean. I'm so disappointed.
