The texture is great, not too many big pieces apart from the nuts. The smell was the first thing I noticed GREAT!!! The taste is wonderful, I have not had anything so good for breakfast.

Absolutely awesome taste. and crunchy as hell. I've been using it all week as a topping on overnight oats and also with Greek yogurt and blueberries. Highly recommended if you love the taste of ginger.
