Replacement Review
I love my July luggage and am a "walking billboard" for the product . . . . I tell all my friends and colleagues how happy I am with my large case, my carry-on and more. Sadly rough, rough handling occured on a recent trip and when I picked up my large case at baggage return, the pulls on my zipper had been destroyed. I reached out to July Customer Service to ask if I could send it in and have it repaired - they immediately worked with me, I sent photos and a video of the situation and next thing I knew, a new replacement case was shipped to me. I could not have been more pleased with the service on top of product I already love. This experience only adds to my appreciation of this company and all their great travel items! Thank you, July!

Suitcase Replacement
I absolute love my July suitcase that I’ve had for a few years. Unfortunately it was damaged by baggage handlers recently causing the handle to get stuck in an extended position and not retract into the body of the suitcase. July customer service accepted my claim for a replacement and sent a new suitcase the next day. Fantastic customer service and I’m thrilled to continue being a satisfied July customer.

Damaged Bag
