Not at all what I expected
I wanted a sailcloth strap exactly as shown on your website but with 18mm for buckle. Moved me to a custom shop and ultimately received a rubber strap with no stitching and thin. It looks terrible.

Another amazing strap from Delugs!
This is my 3rd custom strap from Delugs, and as expected, they did NOT disappoint! This green alligator flank strap has taken my Tank Francaise to another level of beauty, the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding, I've never had an alligator strap this soft and supple! So thankful to have a company like Delugs, the variety and level of finishing is at the top of the strap world!

Bespoke perfection
I originally ordered stock straps and was not happy with them. After discussing with the support team, i returned them and designed straps to my preferred specifications. They arrived this week and are perfect. It is like I have a new watch to add to the rotation.
