Dubia Roaches

I ordered 100 medium sized dubia roaches but when I open the package, I got maybe what looks like 50 extra small roaches that are about the size of a pencil eraser and I spent $50 on this order just to get something that was worth maybe $10 so this is probably the last time I’m gonna be doing business with this company cause I can’t find a way to contact the company about this mistake to have it fixed the first few orders were flawless, but getting this order like this definitely just turned me away from business

Ordered 25 ct, 18 came and only 6 were alive. The smell was awful. Similar results from previous order. I live in Arizona and with an ice pack, its too hot for transport even though i had premium 2-4 day shipping, it took a week to get them.

Veey good all were alive and very healthy. I loved the way they were packaged and they were a good choice.
