LARGE 1000D

The grill doesn’t come with the Wifi installed you have to take the contrl board out and wire in the new wifi board. Also all the screws are aluminum. They will strip easy I replace them all with quality screw from locall hardware store. Also the temp displayed seems to be a little off. About 14 degrees according to 3 other temp sensors i tested with. The grill seems nice and I loved my old one so my hopes are high for quality food coming off this grill.

So far the grill itself has been awesome. Have done cheeseburgers, steaks and roasts. As i write this, I am currently doing a spatchcock chicken. My dislikes are that I got one box of the grill one day and had to wait 2 days for other box to arrive before i could setup grill. Needs to be leashed or wrapped together to arrive together.Other complaints I have is the incredible weakness of the box that the pellet bin/auger assembly is nutted to. I went to wipe off the lid to the bin and the wiggle was impressive. Seems there needs to be a reinforcement bar there that it mounts to to make it solid. I dont know. Kinda weak in my opinion for what it is worth. Pellet box needs a dump door too.

Basic pellet smoker, nothing special. This could use some nice tech such as: Wifi/Bluetooth control, built in meat probes. But overall, it gets the job done.
