I had elgins earphones for about 7 or 8 months and they started just turning off while charged and not turning on. Submitted the standard warranty form and that was it, no fuss no muss got a email the next day with a order and tracking number. No send back the old pair or this or that. Got the new pair works great. So I would say they stand behind their product and to me have the perfect customer service (one i didn't have to interact with at all). So with that said I highly recommend

solid hearing protection

Ordered these as they were highly rated for hearing protection and had bluetooth capability and wanted something for when I was mowing. I had a little difficulty getting the ear pieces seated correctly, but once in, they stayed put which is a big deal as ear plugs rarely work for me. Still had to have the volume all the way up to hear it over the mower, so not certain if that's ideal or not - but absolutely blocked the engine noise. Very easy to set up and I appreciated the option of 2 different styles of ear pieces.

Replacement

Was at the end of my warranty and mine broke ( was from HEAVY use, 12 hours a day every other 7 days straight) and they replaced them no questions asked even though it was from heavy use over the last year most likely. I plan on buying them from here on out on comfort and protection alone but that was the cherry on top!
