"Simplified" Mounting Hardware - Gray Split Wingnuts (new version) with Stainless Steel Screws

I’ve tried but toilet seat won’t stay tighten!

Toilet seemed great with the soft close design. For the cost, I shouldn’t be having an issue with it being tight and staying that way. I called owner and he sent me another mounting hardware set but it turned out the round silicone that goes under the round stainless steel part that the screws go thru was already attached to the first set. To me that seemed like it was used. Anyway, toilet seat won’t stay tight and I’m out of $63-$64! Not happy. Gotta buy another seat.

This toilet seat is high quality, very pleased. Had a little"hiccup" with the wing nut but customer service is excellent and the problem was resolved quickly. Would recommend this company to all!
