GHOST Whey Protein, 2lbs

Tried the Lucky Charms flavor with 1:1 ratio milk and cold water, it mixes quite easily and tastes very nice and creamy. This definitely caters to my late night cereal cravings but I miiiight be biased because I love anything cereal milk flavored :)

The GHOST Cinnabon flavour is SO good mixed with yogurt and used as an oatmeal or fruit topping. It mixed smoothly using just a spoon.

Quite expensive for what it is… it simply tastes milky with an undertone of PB. Nothing special
