Great Starter Set

Compared to the acrylic boss shells, the delrin shells are more "slippery" and offer less grip. (The acrylics also look nicer, but that is more subjective.) But the delrin is much cheaper, so these are an excellent value while you wait for AroundSquare to bring back the acrylics. PS: The Ao2 customer service team continues to give 110%. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make things right when there are issues, even with small products like this, is what gives me the confidence to order the fancier items.

Delrin feels great, looks pretty, very satisfying clack

I got a yellow Delrin set of titans which looks beautiful and vibrant on the string. Delrin has a lovely satin feel and it makes a satisfying clack when they strike. It’s a little bit more gentle on the knuckles than metal begleri which is why I got them.

Gentle

I have niece undergoing cancer surgeries and chemo. I have gifted her Begleri to calm her. But the metal beads hurt. So I gave her these and the larger size and softer texture is gentle for her. She is learning slowly but finds simple moves relaxing.
