BEST THING!
I have recently started putting 2 Plain and 1 POG liquid energy in a 150ml flask (75g CHO) and it is game-changing. Goes down quick and easy (2-3 feedings) and not too sweet. (and you don't have t worry about opening the package or dealing with the garbage on the go).
