I had lost a nose piece on a pair of shady rays. I submitted a claim on a Saturday and was emailed that the office was closed and they would get back to me on Monday. Within a few hours I had received a response email from a person and had new parts on the way. Can't beat that kind of service. Very polite and great support. Highly recommend.

Great Value, good looking shades.

I love my Shady Rays. My first pair was a gift from my sister. I wore them for years, but they did eventually break. I filled out the online form and my replacement pair was shipped quickly, and I liked my original pair so good that I purchased the mystery pair as well. Both pair are very well made and sturdy. I am a soccer coach so I am outside a lot and wear my shades all the time. My Shady Rays take a beating, but they are tough and very comfortable. I keep a permanent Shady Rays tan line on my face for spring, summer, and fall of every year because I wear them so much. I wear them in the snow too, I just don’t get a tan line in the winter. I have 2 pair of Shady Rays now and if they last as long as the first I probably will not need any more for several years, but when I do need more I will order more Shady Rays.
