Modular Triangle Fabric Banner Display Stand

Structure isn't clearly displayed. It arrives floppy. Thought it would be tension frames. It's three fabrics with an extendable pole behind - with triangle clips for base and top. nothing in the middle. any breeze opens up the fabrics and makes the inside visible.

Stand is fine, design team incompetent

As summarized in the title, I have no issues with the stand itself but the design team who works with this company is incompetent. Despite submitting artwork over and over (both on their website as well as directly via email and WhatsApp, they continued to provide me mock ups using an older artwork file when we ordered these previously). Ultimately, despite several calls and emails to correct it and confirmation from multiple team members that it would be corrected, we still received incorrect panels. The incompetence and delay of this design and production team caused us to miss important deadlines for the events where these stands were meant to be displayed. Their production team also cannot seem to produce two different items (these fabric panels and the backdrop they are meant to be accompanied with in our event display design) that bear the same background color code in the artwork file with an exact match in actual printed color, resulting in mismatched products that appear sloppy and unpresentable. You've been warned...

I am Disturb that you all did not send all my pieces and will be canceling tomorrow to ask for all my money back. I am disgusted with the service.
