Saalt Cup

This cup is great, I like it much better than previous menstrual cup brands I have tried due to size and shape, it is more comfortable and I find it easier to use! I still have trouble ensuring it's use when swimming or other activities where I fear it might leak but that may be lack of practice with it or a personal concern.

I have used other menstrual cups that have a small knot at the end of the pull tab, which makes it so much easier to get a grip when removing. I've had a hard time with this cup for that reason - it's tough to get a grip and I worry about dropping it when removing. Otherwise, it has worked fine so far!

Besides the month wait for the cup to arrive, the cup itself worked quite well at holding everything for the 10ish hours I used it. It held up overnight without issue. Getting the cup in was quite difficult so adding a complimentary reusable applicator would be beneficial since holding the cup in a certain position while also placing it can be quite challenging. Getting the cup out is another issue entirely. I spent 40+ minutes trying to retrieve the cup using a variety of positions while also using my pelvic floor muscles to coax the cup down since it traveled up while I slept. It was extremely difficult to reach and grab the ribbed area recommended to remove the cup. This was an awful experience I wish never to repeat.
