Incredible personalized service!

When I ordered a bat for my son I jokingly asked that it be made from the split tree featured in the great baseball film "The Natural". When it arrived I was shocked to see a lightening bolt in the tip of the bat. When I expressed how much I appreciated the incredible service I received an email back "Thank you for the kind words! Yup, we're a small place. Jason had some fun with your request. Enjoy! Kevin". So refreshing and appreciated to see such personal service these days. And I would add that the bat slugs bombs. My 11 yo is loving it. Will never buy another bat from someone else.
