I appreciate how fresh this coffee was when it was delivered. Also the packaging is beautiful and shipping is very fast from VA to TO. I would definitely say that it is a medium roast though not a "medium dark", there's still quite a bit of acidity but its nice to have in there but not exactly "old school espresso". Its a washed blend which makes it very hard to extract for a new home barista like me. . the grinder is working very hard, nearly at zero. I wish that it was a natural. Hope to visit the cafe one day and see how its brewed there.
