I currently blend this 50/50 with the medium profile because I use a darker roast coffee, and it works just fine.

I'm new to this.

I'm new to this but I would say it's making my La Colombe Corsica Dark Roast more consistent.

Better Smoother Flavor

Third Wave Water make a huge difference in how my coffee tastes. It's a much better, smoother flavor with Third Wave rather than filtered water.
