My gift card never got to my friends email
Hi! I purchased a 50 dollar gift card for my friend and it was supposed to get to her via email but it never did. I was frustrated and tried to get it to her but wanted it to be a surprise for driving me from my surgery. Had to just tell her that I did it for her and forwarded the receipt from my email to hers. Was hoping that it would just automatically go to her email on the day that I sent it.

15 business days for an e-gift card???
I ordered an e-gift card as a Christmas present on Dec. 19th, and I just received the email with the e-gift card on Jan 14th. This seems like a really long time for an e-gift card to get emailed to me. The other athletic apparel companies that I ordered e-gift cards came the same day or next day. Needless to say, this $250. 00 e-gift card did not make it under the tree for Christmas. I will opt to order e-gift cards in the future from other athletic apparel companies.
