Discovered and perused Denver Modern’s (DM) extensive and easily navigated website, sent for and received within 3 days, fabric and leather swatches. (Green flag) Couldn’t decide on chair configuration, sent email inquiring about bespoke options, received response within an hour. (Green flag) Ordered 3 Vail counter stools in black leather and walnut….received in 5 days. (Green flag) Beautiful!! I liked the chairs so much, I ordered a 4th (discounted). (Green flag) The chairs were solidly constructed with high quality materials that looked gorgeous and, perhaps more importantly, felt like tactile heaven….soft, supple and incredibly comfortable!!
