Happy with purchase

Was happy when i got and used but i ordered a ice pack you freeze but was disappointed with it for the size and the absorbent price they charged they are really proud of that pack i could of bought one at local store 4 times as big at a third pf price becareful before you but check it out good

Issues

I have an issue with the carrying strap. While walking it has came loose several times causing my cooler ti fall and hit the ground. Now I have latch that doesn’t want to stay closed. For what I paid I expected better quality. Not sure if I’d buy another
