Custom One Pet Portrait

I had questions because I wanted a matted picture for a single pet, which I could find on your website, but not on your order form. You responded to my question by informing me that at matted version was no longer available. Which I appreciated. If you have not already done so, I would recommend that you consider removing the matted version portraits from your website to prevent further conversion. Thank you.

W&W was quick to re-do a portrait that was not quite the right coloring. I greatly appreciated their quick response and willingness to correct the error at no additional cost. I highly recommend their product.
