Loving Estro Harmony

I started taking estro harmony about 3 months ago and have noticed more sustained energy levels through the day, as well as as mood balancing. No dips. Also great timing on shipments and auto-ship works well. I will continue!

Why didn't I start this sooner?

Get ready for a bit of a roller coaster at first, especially if your hormones have been pretty off for a while. Take it easy, lots of baths, don't forget to laugh at yourself. When balance comes, it's beautiful.
