I love this product! I have tried others but they do not perform as well as Progest-Harmony. I highly recommend it!

Negative Side Effects

After much research, I thought I was suffering with estrogen dominance so I took this for about 3 weeks and almost immediately started getting pretty bad headaches and hormonal acne - both of which I don't normally get. Unfortunately, I had to stop it because it was making me feel bad. I stopped it a week ago but am still getting acne and headaches. My advice for anyone trying to balance their hormones, is to TEST - DON'T GUESS, because it could just make matters worse.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this. I've been fighting emotions, depression and many other female issues. I tried everything from scripts to different "natural" vitamins. I decided to give these a try. I'm so glad I did!! Totally different now, feel a lot that I was missing is returning little by little. It's not an overnight thing, but stick to it. I didn't realize the improvement in me until my partner told me how I didn't look somber any more and had that little pep in my step back. THANK YOU!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
