Disappointed
The Biota Clear system is confusing—the website was confusing to find the information of what to use and when. When I finally found the information, it wasn’t clear—there is way too much going on on the webpage and you have to scroll down to get a somewhat clear idea of the steps. I appreciated the study and the YouTube video about the study; those were helpful. I finally determined that this system is what I needed based on my symptoms. But once I got it, I realized the label says “Step 3”. What are steps 1 & 2? If there are steps 1&2, why isn’t that stated anywhere on the page with a link to steps 1&2? I decided to use it anyway based on the product and symptoms description— starting with the Biota Dissolve, the 1a & 1b as directed. After 3 days everything got worse and unbearable. I had to stop taking the meds, as it was affecting everything from sleep, to being at work, my daily activities, etc. I couldn’t function. I got terrible watery stool immediately after eating, and intense inflammation. I’m disappointed as I had high hopes, and it’s not a cheap product line. But at least I know now. I even tried the Elemental Heal I have to see if maybe I just needed to consume gentle nutrition while on this product, but that even caused stomach upset. I am not sure what to do next. When I reached out to the help team pop-up on the website, they said they don’t help with this kind of information, that I should email customer service. I will do that next.

I’m not sure yet. Sorry that’s not much of a review. But at least I can take it, I’m real sensitive to a lot of product. And this one seems to be going down well.

Glad I have this
I know breaking bio films is necessary, I’m hoping this is working…
